1 & 6) Oriental Landscape & Oriental Mindscape use almost the same material however The Moonscape has more of the Roland Space Echo going on. Here is a clip of Oriental Moonscape. 2) Ttaallkkiinngg uses dialog records: Self help and self promotion for those with voices in their heads. 3) DoooooDooooo has spacey vocal sounds that are lost in space. 4) Korlavan mixes Korla Pandit records and recordings of Caravan. 5) Zunderfex is a trip through places that never existed together using machines that are long gone. A journey with sound effects of building construction, harbors, trains and street traffic. 7) The Palookas' Polka am what it is. 8 & 13) Game Show Dream & The Hagen-Dazs Tanning Salon Conspiracy were recorded in 1990 through a National Endowment for the Arts grant. These were from a larger project called Aunt Mary's Pies. A video of The Hagen-Dazs Tanning Salon Conspiracy appears on this site. 9) Space Was The Place uses news footage and documentary recordings recalling the new frontier that we never got to. 10) Mood uses English 78 RPM Mood & Background records from the 1930s. 11) Copy Boy Is On The Record features more sounds that do not exist anymore, or are on the way out: The sounds of a newspaper copy room and lots of machines etc thrown in too. 12) Voices & Sounds also am what it says it is.
